RESERVATION POLICIES:

Here at Zea Day Spa, we are available 6 days a week in addition to being open in the evenings. With our online scheduling software it is possible to make an appointment at the very last minute. New clients can save time by filling out proper forms here.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY:

A 24-hour notice of appointment cancelation is required. Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment, and future service will be denied until payment is made. If an emergency situation arises, please let us know so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention. We recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and your therapist may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.

CHECK-IN:

If you are not present for your scheduled session during the first 15 minutes (unless having telephoned us you might be late), it will be construed by us that you are a “no-show”, and that time slot will automatically become available for someone else.Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
